Totally Angelia TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please review these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using any product offered by Totally Angelia. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

PRODUCT LICENSE:

By purchasing a digital master resell rights product from Totally Angelia , you are granted a non-exclusive license to resell the product to others with master resell rights. You have the authority to sell the product an unlimited number of times and retain 100% of the profits.

LIMITATIONS:

You may not modify or alter the product in any way. However, you are permitted to brand your sales process as your own and claim ownership over the product and sales process.

WARRANTIES:

All products are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. Totally Angelia dba Digital Gma makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All intellectual property rights in our products, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of Totally Angelia .

TERMINATION:

Totally Angelia will not terminate this agreement. Once purchased, the digital product remains in the possession of the purchaser indefinitely for resale as long as the purchaser complies with the distribution rights. If the purchaser violates the distribution rights agreement, access to the digital product may be restricted.

REFUNDS:

All sales of our products are final. Refunds will not be granted for any reason due to the downloadable content nature of our products.

LIABILITY:

Totally Angelia shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Totally Angelia is based.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter of this agreement.

By purchasing or using any digital master resell rights product from Totally Angelia , you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from purchasing or using our products.
